Update 12/14/2012: Joe is back at home now and doing well.  It was a bit of a scare but he was able to get himself checked into the hospital quickly enough for the doctors to get the infection under control.

Uncle Joe was hospitalized recently with pneumonia.  His condition is improving but he’s weak and remains on oxygen.  He’s due to be released some time this week.

He’s talkative and in good spirits, so phone calls from the family are welcome.  He’s at Community Memorial Hospital in Cloquet.  (218) 879-4641, extension 7334.
